Black Forest Animal Sanctuary (Romero Wildlife) assists in the rescue, rehabilitation, adopton and fostering of horses, small animals, wildlife, and farm animals. BFAS needs immediate funding for feeding (hay-grain-small animal feed,etc.), veterinary bills, and shelter/barn building. Our barn burned down in May and was in the process of being re-built when it was destroyed again in a severe wind storm in December 2003. We need pasture shelters for horses, hay and grain storage sheds, and fencing. Have also taken in a young abused horses that need emergency veterinary surgery.
Volunteer and public education program. Horse and animal sponsors needed. Non-profit and all donations are tax deductable.
